Disappointing standard and professionalism

We had a couple of hygeine concerns when we moved in - grime/ mould in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and no pest clean had been done. Still over 1 month since moving in has not been rectified. At this point steps have been taken to rectify the worst parts, though informed the cleaner would only address the very worst parts ie visible mould. The delay in addressing these issues and the reluctance to fully rectify the issue has been disappointing, considering the unhygienic conditions it posed. We're disappointed with the responses received thus far and found them somewhat unprofessional and it’s disconcerting to feel as though our concerns have not been taken seriously. Ensuring a mould and pest-free environment, especially with a young child in the house, is not only a reasonable request but also falls within the minimum requirements outlined by the RTA. As homeowners, it is particularly disappointing being aware of issues we have been asked to address for more minor repairs by our own tenants in the past.
