Seamless experience

While it did take a month to have a tenant move in from when the property became available, the agent kept us informed along the way of what was going on when some applicants withdrew their applications after being accepted. Now that the tenants are in the property, no effort is required from us as landlords. Our bimonthly statements come through on time and that night we receive our payments in our bank account. Kingsberry take care of it all for us. The agent is even liaising with our preferred trades to have some work done in the property we requested. Having previously been a tenant of Kingsberry 10 years ago, I was so happy with them as my agent I chose them when I had a rental property of my own.
