Very poorly informed

No enough information was provided as new tenant. Harcourt team member came for inspection without notifiying me in advance via email or mobile. I was in the middle of sleep after night shift. Someone woke me up outside my bedroom, already inside my house. very shocking. No privacy. No explanation by the team until I called them. How come someone came in for inspection without confirming that the tenants got notification in advance. They said they knocked first and then use keys to come in as thought no one is at home. I don't think knocking the door is not enough. How can someone in the shower hear the knock or answer immediately? what if agent opened the bathroom door while tenants in shower. I found very insecure in rental property now. I have to figure out why heater and stove is not working on my first day move in as all other electicity is working. No one told me to check meter box. Who knows without telling us as I am not an expert in those things. I need to look for the rubbin bins the property owns. found 2 recycle bins only when I moved in. Emailed the agent and replied as they are in the back yard. not helpful. Found 2 bins outside on the street (one written clearly the unit and number, the other garbage bin wasn't ). I took the one with my property unit written. I found out that the other bins is also my rental property owns as no one took it over a week and I couldn't find my garbage bins. very poorly informed.
