Friendly and approachable
David was friendly and presented the property very well. He offered considered suggestions on renovations that the house required, but remained respectful and professional in his role on behalf of the vendor. I would have no qualms buying from David again and will definitely talk to him in the future if I were to sell.

David did a very good job in selling a house in Norwood for us. The house was part of a deceased estate and was vacant, which may have made the sale process a little easier for him. During the agent selection process, he stood out as the best prepared of the agents that we interviewed, and was very open and personable. Advertizing of the property was appropriately professional. The price he recommended proved to be about 10% too optimistic. The sale took 3 months, and complicated by the fact that an initial enthusiastic buyer failed to secure finance, so we had to make a fresh start. Fortunately a second buyer emerged soon after, so the sale eventually proceeded without further problems. David communicated with us very well throughout and was honest and open in his dealings with us.
