Nothing Positive To Say

Did not return correspondance instead called by phone when written confirmations was requested Advised me to waived vendors warranty ensuring me that all rennovation permits were undertaken by vendor. No building permits where found to be completed for extension renovations completed. Council had no records of any property rennovations or building permit applications. Remnovations completed substandard. Due to sale contract already signed buyer had to commit to sale. Access to full ptopeety hindered through out sale process. Refused to ooen up outside buildings even wuth direct request. Peter Kings advice to waiver vendors warranty has cost purchaser significantly post sale. Buyer advices due caution when dealing with Peter King. He will tell you what you want to hear and mis leading information. Do not sign contract of sale under guidance of Peter King. Do not sign anything unless under advice of a solicitor. Confurm with evidence any thjng Peter King tells you. This experience had buyer crying when picking up keys from Harcourt Launceston office, instead of excitement for purchasing a new home. Lack of integrity is the lasting impression on this purchase and Oeter King. Buyer will never step into a Harcourts office again nor any real estate agency where Peter King works.
