Jeremy was great to deal with from day 1, even prior to listing. Great advice on how to present the property, including what to do and what not to bother with. That set us up for great photos and marketing. His walk through video was honest, pointing out the charming and not hiding the odd part or two. He is an artist at attracting an audience and creating interest in a place. When offers started being presented, his entire team stepped up to put it all in order. Overall, I couldn't fault a thing.
