Punctual and Quick to Communicate

Always punctual, not troublesome in negotiations, and quick to communicate. We were able to negotiate and have a rebate close to the price we offered but we were not aware of the 'land tax' that the vendor can ask us to pay off which was equivalent to the rebate amount unfortunately. I was aware of the land tax but didn't expect to be thousands of dollars which I think the developer is supposed to pay. It would be helpful if the agent could assist the first-home buyer with any additional fees that may arise in the future.
