In August 2016 Jill Carter launched a new Harcourts office in Cornubia – Harcourts Living. Jill chose the Harcourts Franchise to collaborate with as their ethics aligned with her strong beliefs of professionalism, caring and honesty. I found Jill very supportive, realistic, and accommodating.

Although the market in QLD makes it tricky for buyers to know guides for Auction properties, I found Jill very supportive, realistic, and accommodating while we underwent the process of purchasing with them. Communication was great and very calm and friendly. They were very respectful with request from Seller and communicated any concerns with us openly and honestly. Thank you Jill for being a positive part of a sometimes-stressful process.

Jill didn't disappoint!

We chose Jill at Harcourts Living to sell our house as she has an excellent reputation and has worked in real estate for over 25 years. Jill didn't disappoint! She is personable, professional and possesses amazing negotiation skills plus the ability to achieve timely sales. Jill also kept us updated and nothing was too much trouble for her. Jill attends primarily to the instructions of the seller but also understands the buyer's position thus facilitating a smooth transition for all parties.
