The whole process was hassle free and very smooth. Ayden informed me about all the important things that needed to be taken care of, from arranging pool and smoke alarm maintenence and even arranging temporary electricity connection till the tenants came in. Each time we spoke, Ayden took the time to walk methrough and there was no rush at all. Through his efforts the property was rented out within a week. Super pleased with the outcome and the pace of the whole process. Very reasonable fees too. Couldn't recommend more.
