I had multiple agents come to my home before choosing to go with Tegan, I found her straight off the bat to be positive and engaging, her estimate on sales price was within my expectations and Tegan's marketing plan was the way I thought it should be without being over the top on costs, During the sales process I found her communication excellent, I find Tegan to have a great phone presence with her positivity coming through in the phone conversations from the first contact, I told Tegan my lowest price I would except for my property and she came through, There was also the fact it was a very much loved family home and I wanted it to go to the right person, Tegan understood this and worked to not just get me the price I wanted but also the right buyer If you are looking at selling I would recommend Tegan to be your agent
