Once again our agent has ticked all of the boxes and more!

I always thought finding a real-estate agent who was on the same page and ticked all of our boxes was hard. Recently when had 4 agents come through to give us their thoughts on selling our rental but we were still undecided on who to choose. Each offered similar ideas and pricing until my husband organised for Kerri from Harcourts to come around for an evaluation. For the first time, it was clear that not only was Kerri different from the other agents but as soon as she left my husband and I turned to each other and said at the same time "She is the one!" What made her different you ask? My list below could be longer but for review purposes I will try and keep it short -Kerri was the only agent to walk the entire property asking lots of questions. She wanted to have know as much as she could. -She stayed longer than the other agents informing us of the process involved making sure we understood each steps -Kept us up to date along the way via text, calls and emails. Even when she wasn't supposed to be working (night/weekend) she was still keeping us up to date. -Offered advice on how we could improve and get the house ready for market. These suggestions made a HUGE difference -Suggested (after extensive research) an asking amount that was the top end compared to the other agents. Not only did we receive multiple offers agreeing to market price, we had over 40+ offers made in total. Crazy! Lastly I just wanted to say that Kerri is one of the friendliest, honest, hardworking person I know who was amazing to work with. Thankyou for all that you did and for going above and beyond!!!
