Easy to communicate with.

Billy was upfront and honest the night before my auction. He laid all the cards out on the table for me so I clearly knew what I was working with and what I had in front of me. His communication skills were very good and he was easy to deal with. Shiven was lovely to deal with too and both Billy and Shiven communicated well with me. Billy and Shiven clearly have strong market knowledge and were always willing to answer questions. They always left decisions up to me and worked hard to sell at auction. Thank you Billy and Shiven!
