From the first moment we met Chelsea she was confident, friendly and well prepared. She knew the sale history of the house and then where it sat in the market realistically today . Her pricing was clear and we had no hidden extras . Everything ran smoothly and exactly as she said it would. When it came to home opens , she marketed well but also had no problems showing potential buyers around privately at times that suited them . The majority of interest in our home came from private home opens that Chelsea had arranged, which I feel makes buyers feel comfortable as they have the place to themselves. The buyers of our home had several exclusive home opens organised at times that suited them , which I’m sure helped in their decision making. Once under offer Chelsea had recommended a settlement agent , they worked well together and the whole process ran smoothly. At no point did Chelsea stop being the professional and friendly real estate agent she was when we first met , her kindness and understanding along with her commitment to her work made us feel like we were the only people she was working for , and at the top of her priority list !
