From the first meeting we had with Paul and Leasa, I knew we had the right people. They kept contact with us on every home open, telling us who was just tyre kickers and who was genuine. After few weeks they let us know that they had a genuine buyer, they put in an offer but it wasn't close to what we wanted, We felt that Paul had our interrest at heart, and went back to the potetial buyer with what we wanted, they eventually came round to a agreed price, and we knew he had done all he could.
