Couldn't of asked for any better service, always kept me in touch with everything

From the first meeting we had with Paul and Leasa, I knew we had the right people. Paul's explanation of how they would proceed in selling our property because it was such a unique location and our hope of selling the property at our desired price. Our Townhouse was situated at a different position than the rest of the units in our complex, and because our unit faced the water it was at a higher price. facing the canals, and had total views of the water from the main bedroom and the balcony, their pitch to the market was that we had such wonderful veiws at such a great price. So not only would you be getting water views but also such a great location, it was central to everything. We put the unit up for sale at Christmas time, knowing that is was not the best time to put any property on the markit because people are not interested at looking at properties at that time, but they proceeded and went ahead. They kept contact with us on every home open, telling us who was just tyre kickers and who was genuine. After few weeks they let us know that they had a genuine buyer, they put in an offer but it wasn't close to what we wanted, We felt that Paul had our interrest at heart, and went back to the potetial buyer with what we wanted, they eventually came round to a agreed price, and we knew he had done all he could. So we were extreemly happy how Paul and Leasa helped us to sell our property
