A very positiv experience!

It is a great pleasure to write a review for Clare We first met Clare some 15 years ago when we were looking for a property to buy in Mandurah as we were downsizing from our large house in Perth, Clare showed us many homes and went out of her way to help us. While we did not find anything at that time, we were so impressed by Clare’s professionalism, dedication and always very friendly communication that we asked Clare to sell our property in Mandurah for us. From the very first time we met at the property – the tenants were still living in the house – to the offer and acceptance, it was a very positive journey. She gave us very helpful advice getting the house ready for the market and she was absolutely right with her market appraisal. She achieved a good price for us, above our expectation, and we accepted one of the three offers she presented and the house was sold before the first home open. Clare is passionate about her work and this is reflected in her excellent market knowledge, personal commitment and always helpful and friendly communication. We would also like to include in this review our praise for her office, in particular her personal assistant, Alyce.
