Team Harcourts; A Force to be Reckoned with

Team Harcourts, led by Mitchell Seamer is a force to be reckoned with. From the outset it was obvious that Mitch was across all aspects of this current volatile market; his marketing plan and timing was impeccable. Mitch was excited at the “project” and it was nice to be able to hand something over to a professional and leave them to get the job done. It was suggested that I utilize some aspects of virtual staging and this helped immensely. Due to the coastal location, Mitch engaged a drone photographer and coordinated the entire marketing plan for me. Although Mitch was in control of a huge portfolio, I was updated regularly and without rush, feeling like I was his only client, nothing being too much trouble. Thanks to Alyce Robinson also, for her excellent work with Contracts, deadlines and settlement agent liaison. Mitch and his Team worked together to bring the settlement date forward, benefitting myself and the purchasers immensely. Mitch listens, understands, actions and follows through. He is honest and clearly has high moral character; he cares for vendor and purchaser equally.
