IRENE IS FABULOUS!
We sold our home in a seller's market so we weren't concerned about "if" our house would sell but were concerned with the T&C's of a contract offer. Irene worked the buyers like a pro to ensure the find offer was $30k more than their original offer AND the T&C's were exactly what we were looking for as we prepared for an interstate move.
