Block of land on Gold Ridge Wannanup

I have owned my own real estate agency in Melbourne and I must say communication was imperative for our business to succeed. That said, I expected the same when I engaged an agent here in WA. Unfortunately I did not get that with the first agent I enlisted and after 18 months of having my block of land on the market, I changed agents. Through word of mouth I found Paul Harris. I know it was just a block of land and not worth a great deal of money, but I needed it sold. Paul came up with the idea of using a drone to take arial views which made all the difference. Paul not only sold the land in a matter of weeks, he kept me informed every week as to what was happening, you would have thought he was selling a mansion for us instead of a block of land.
