Great agent - could not have asked for better!

Paul was great from start to finish. He priced the house perfectly and it sold within 1 week. The negotiation phase was seamless and we got exactly what we thought the house was worth. Notably, there were 2 other houses for sale on the street at the time which did not sell as quickly and they were not listed with Harcourt. We were also impressed with the professionalism and trustworthiness that Paul showed us, especially since we were living in the wheatbelt when the house sold and and had to do most of it remotely. Highly recommended.
