From the moment Rajeev met us in the foyer of the Harcourts office in Mandurah it was evident that he was professional and courteous. His friendly demeanour and knowlede of the current market gave us confidence that there will be a positive outcome this time around. Previously we engage various other agents to sell our property without success granted that then the market was very different. Rajeev asked us what our price expectations were, and when we gave him our price point he did not negotiate us down, instead gave us advice on how to achieve a better outcome. We followed Rajeev's advice and not to say the least he achieved a price above and beyond our expectations and within a short period of time. This just showed us that he worked hard for us the sellers and not the other way around. Rajeev's communication with us was very clear and he was in contact on a regular basis to updated us on every completed task. There was no need for us to chase him for information because he supplied it before we needed to asked for it. His willingness and determination to achieve the best outcome for his clients is very evident in his conduct and professionalism.
