Tina was recommended to us by locals in Preston Beach and it was obvious she was the most active and successful agent in the town. We met with Tina months before we listed the house and decided immediately, when it was time to sell, we would use her services. Tina was friendly, professional and willing to listen to our requests, as well as offering knowledgeable advice. Tina offered to 'stage' the house as an additional service. She did an amazing job, to the point where we were almost reluctant to sell! Our family was very impressed with what Tina could achieve in a simple beach house. We had three offers immediately. Tina kept us fully informed at all times with regular texts, emails and phone calls as the sale progressed.
