A very professional agent

Alison was an excellent communicator & was proactive in the explanation of the sales procedure as I was a non resident seller of the property. Her initial valuation report was detailed & was I felt the most accurate of the 3 valuations I had done prior to my return to the property from my permanent residence (in the UK). The marketing was done promptly & most thoroughly with more than sufficient details. Alison herself was excellent at giving me prompt updates on how the marketing was proceeding & also with comparison to other properties. Because Alison was so good at following up all interested enquiries my apartment sold 19 days after it went on the market & for a little over the listed minimum offer price.
