Michael goodwin

Michael was professional and easy to communicate with through the early stages of getting my house ready for sale. He managed the home open efficiently and thoroughly considering the large amount of interest shown in my property. I feel that once the deal was closed on offer and acceptance that he looked after the buyer more than me as the seller. The day I moved was a really difficult day and to add to the stress the new owner wanted an independent electrician to check the oven before signing off on settlement. This held up the removalists and caused me considerable stress. It also delayed settlement. I think Michael should have managed this situation in a much more professional manner, considering I had already met all requirements needed to sell my house. All ended up satisfactorily but the added stress and settlement delay could have been avoided if managed differently. Michael is an experienced real estate agent and I’m sure will continue to do very well in his chosen profession.
