Excellent, couldn't be happier

From the moment I met with Brad, I felt comfortable to list with him. He came prepared, had done his research, prepared a package for me to look over and explained everything in detail which I found so helpful as I had never sold a house before. He was patient, kind and empathetic when I decided to put things on hold for personal reasons. Then when I decided it was time, he was right back on to everything for me. Brad went over and above my expectations of any agent. When I got the building inspection report, he had contacts to help me with what work needed doing prior to selling. He knew what area I wanted to buy in and also would keep an eye out on properties that I might be interested in. When it was home open time for my house, he already knew that we were expecting good numbers, so he brought a second person so he could genuinely talk to people about the house. Brad's communication and down to earth nature for the entire process has been nothing short of amazing. I felt genuinely cared for and as if he took me under his wing, which I really appreciated given I was in this unknown process, while dealing with a difficult personal loss. The marketing was fantastic and well thought about. Which reflects the 35 groups shown through my house, 13 offers and then under offer in 6 days of being on the market. He presented all offers, with an in depth explanation of each persons offer and who they were. After an offer was chosen he was chasing up brokers daily for an update and pushing for deadlines to be met with urgency. I cannot thank Brad enough for everything. He really went over and above for me and I would 1000% recommend him to anyone and everyone. Not only is he a fantastic agent, he's a genuinely good person.
