Above expectations
We have bought and sold homes up in the Pilbara and in the Northern Territory over the years but have never had the professionalism as to how Nicole operates. Nicole communication line is always open keeping us updated wether it was text , phone calls or emails. Nicole's knowledge of the local market is very wide and correct whether you are buying or selling. Once we had worked out the contract to sell with in days the for sale sign was up ,adds in the paper, open house was happening Nicole operates like no other so quick. The house sold quick and price was in the range that Nicole gave us at appraisal
