Pleasant and genuine

We met brad at a home open that was a little chaotic due to buyer numbers. Brad was very busy but still had time to discuss the property in an open stress free manner. We made an offer that was accepted and moved to settlement. Harcourts offered a great free service by assist with service provider changes. We were the buyers so hard to comment otherwise. Only thing we found was the contract stated a possible earlier settlement however when that idea was approached the seller would not negotiate so a little strange why that clause was there initially...... Brad was very responsive to queries and prompt in returning calls or emails. Nice service from that perspective and always respectfully. Thanks brad
