Michael is calm, knowledgeable and good to work with.

We had a great experience working with Michael and his team. The advice given on house preparation was sound and we followed Michael's recommendations. He worked around what we were comfortable with in terms of sales methods and he had a list of contacts recomended for each part of the preparation process, so this made organisation easy. The marketing that was carried out brought in a lot of interested parties and there were 4 offers after the first open house. As the sale went very quickly, there was not much discussion or need for change of tactics after the first viewing. I'm sure that if there were issues that Michael's advice would have been on target. So, without incident, the contract was signed and honoured and we could not be happier with the result.
