I was very pleased to have engaged Daryl for the sale of my house. He was very professional in his whole approach, always polite, prompt and well presented as is the whole business. Daryl always gave me notice of a viewing with a follow up call with feedback. I also like that Daryl listens and gave potential buyers and chance to look through without talking too much. I also have bought my new property from Daryl so I can say I have experienced Daryl's buying and selling style. The best part for me was that he was able to achieve a good price for my property despite my reservations about advertising the house within a range.
