Harcourts Melbourne City 3000. I had managed my property myself for the last ten years and with the right tenants it was easy but this time I decided to go via an agent as there were several things that needed to be done. I found Harcourts professional and great communicators they have had all the problems fixed and onto the market promptly. I must admit I approached another agent but didn’t like their attitude. Harcourts are very straight down the line and give you all the information you need and costs promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to lease and take care of all your problems. I live out of state so it’s a great relief to have them manage my property.

I had lots of bad experiences w realestate agents…

…but dealing w Mikaele from Harcourts is definitely not one of those. Prompt and responsive, professional, reliable but most importantly she makes you feel like an actual person, communication is professional but warm… 10/10!
