After reviewing agents online, we chose to move our business from the poorly performing agent we had at the time, to Harcourts. From the initial discussions with them, to signing up with them, to having them take over the tenancy; with them finding tenants, doing inspections, ensuring the property was top notch for open days and the new tenant moving in, we could not recommend them more highly. The gentleman I dealt with initially and the lady who is now managing our property are fantastic. They understand the Melbourne market, both from a Sales and Leasing perspective, and their communication is excellent.
