The highest level of professional professional service

Harcourts Melbourne City have managed our Melbourne CBD apartment for a number of years. I can say they have always been highly professional in all aspects of their services. I rely upon the advice from Darren Krause, Senior Property Manager, about market conditions and his recommendations about what to expect when identifying new lessees. Our apartment is in a small six-level block and Darren takes into account the profile of the building and the other owners, recommending only new tenants he considers suited to the environment. This approach has worked well for all concerned. Comprehensive inspections are conducted during the tenancy with detailed reports and video walkthroughs provided. Exit inspections are conducted on the same basis. Annual compliance checks are conducted taking into account any regulatory changes. Harcourt’s expertise in this area provides peace of mind. Maintenance task are addressed promptly and efficiently. From an administrative point of view detailed monthly and annual financial statements are received making end of financial year accounting straight forward. I’d sum up by saying Darren’s level of service is excellent. And it’s worth noting our last tenant mentioned to other owners in the building how good Harcourt’s were to deal with. As a landlord that’s great to know.
