Tenant treated as an equal

I rate Harcourt's highly in the 3 areas that mattered to me most when trying to find a suitable property: 1. Their ability and preparedness to find a mutually agreeable time for property inspections rather than a 'take it or leave it' approach as other agents do. Not all potential tenants can be that flexible with their work diaries. 2. The service level - exceptional. 3. The dignity and equality shown to me as a tenant. As a person who rents property occasionally, and being a property owner myself, I rated very highly the service standards and equality shown to me during the inspection, application and tenant stages of my dealings with Harcourts.
