Excellent service with renovations on tenant turnover

Yasmeen and Mikaele gave excellent service and advice in a major refurbishment of our apartment. They kept our interests in mind at all times, with an eye to costs while advising on the most serviceable floor coverings, painting and bathroom tiling. They kept in contact, and while significant expense was involved, as the apartment had not been refreshed for at least ten years, there were no nasty surprises in terms of costs. They gave me current advice on rents in central Melbourne and then re-rented the apartment very promptly as soon as the renovations were finished. I can highly recommend Harcourts Melbourne.
