Smooth process and responsive staff.

Almost two weeks now settled into my first apartment with the help of Harcourts Melbourne City! The process couldn’t have been any easier and was taken control of with great care by the team at Harcourts. My agent Serena was wonderful and provided me with all the necessary information and more, She made this process comfortable and always kept me in the loop every step of the way. Majority of our communications was via email which involved following up on my application, providing details on utilities, timing and dates for move in etc.. In desperation this opportunity came just in the right time and I couldn’t feel more grateful. Moving in was very swift and I felt more than prepared and knowledgeable before going in. All my utilities were set up by trusted professionals before I collected the keys. The team is efficient and caring and were able to answer all my questions, yet I didn’t have many to ask because I was informed about all the fine details early on. The property is lovely, peaceful, and convenient and is located in a great area, which is everything I was looking for. when I first walked in I was greeted with a clean and welcoming environment. The building itself is in good shape and always taken care of by cleaners. After living here for just shy of a fortnight I don’t have any complaints or issues regarding the property itself or the team at Harcourts. I had a mishap where I locked myself out of the property which was entirely my fault. The team was so helpful and I was able to pick up a spare key within half an hour of the accident occurring. I’m beyond pleased with this experience and would highly recommend Harcourts Melbourne City to any one looking for a new home.
