A great company to have looking after my rental property with people that truly seem to want to help

I have to say that dealing with Serena Fonua at Harcourts Melbourne City Central has been an absolutely wonderful experience as she is always positive in her assessment of any problem that I encounter with my rental investment property even when we happen to get into a difficult situation with a Tenant. Having been with Harcourts for many years and having had Serena as my go to person for the entire duration; she has not let me down with her truly exceptional knowledge about the procedures required to gain a tenant like tenancy checks, advertising, letting and all the safety & property compliance regulations that are needed to be updated each year for my unit, as well as the upkeep and replacement of furnishings like Couches, TV’s, Fridge’s, Microwave’s, Carpet, etc. which she chases up and obtains whatever is required and has it installed as I live over 2 hours out of Melbourne and am unable to do this sort of endeavour.
