Professional and Results Focused

I fell into the trap of not expecting too much from my previous managing agent - but was awakened from my slumber when the property remained untenanted for 3 months - and they told me it was due to the deficiencies in the property (which I had diligently maintained) and due to 'a decline in rental demand' (it had been tenanted over 95% of the time over previous years!). Moving my business to Harcourts Melbourne City was win-win for both parties. They just did their job professionally (without fanfare and unnecessary spin) and provided higher quality marketing/photography, better organised inspections, a more rigorous assessment of applicants, kept me fully informed of progress and really helped to resolve issues. To cut a long story short, they found a quality tenant for the property just over one week after it was readvertised under their banner.
