An excellent experience

I had an excellent experience working with Daniella Ferraro, Department Manager at Harcourts. She is extremely experienced, highly efficient, and very professional. Daniella explained to me through the entire rental process from start to finish. She clearly explained the current rental market. She advised on the achievable weekly rent and suggested a sensible starting price, with a clear plan on how long we should try before adjusting if needed. She also carefully selected and reviewed the photos to make sure the property looked attractive. She ran only one open inspection, yet received several strong applications. Daniella and her team were incredibly efficient, especially Darren Krause, who contacted all applicants on the same day, collected the required documents, checked references, and discussed everything with me promptly. We were able to make a decision on the same day. The result was outstanding: my apartment was rented within three days, the tenant moved in within a week, and we achieved a very good rental income. I am extremely happy with their professionalism, efficiency, and I would highly recommend Daniella and her team to anyone looking for a reliable and capable property manager.
