Quick processing of documents and allocation of property

We were new to the city and quite concerned about how quickly we would be able to secure a home within a week. During an inspection, we shared our situation with a Harcourts agent, who was very understanding and reassuring. True to her word, we submitted our application and were successfully approved within the expected timeframe.
