Extremely disappointing experience

This agent was aggressive in her approach and lacked any initiative, innovation or energy. Instead of offering solutions, she consistently complained, making the process frustrating and unproductive. When you need someone proactive and resourceful, Dionne is the opposite. Would not recommend - stay clear!
