Quick Apartment Sale

Stuart rang following a very successful auction of another apartment in our block, with two underbidders keen to secure an apartment in the complex. With only minor prior thoughts on selling, we agreed to arrange access for an inspection. An offer was made and negotiated by Stuart to a point where within two days of first contact we had agreed to sell! A very easy process. Well-mannered and no pressure. Still charged us full commission though.
