Exceptional Service & Advice Resulting in Great Sale Price

From start to finish Dionne was always professional, courteous and readily available. She had some great advice about marketing the property after the tenant had vacated and styling completed, resulting in the apartment being presented in an excellent manner. Dionne was required to frequently liaise with a different real estate agent that were the property managers during the tenancy period, and though that was challenging for both us (the vendors) and herself, she dealt with that agent both professionally and with direction to ease the process. Dionne and her team (Stephanie) kept us informed of all persons that attended "Open for Inspections" or made enquiries about the property, and followed up all leads and went above and beyond when requesting information from the Body Corporate to answer prospective buyer questions. The sale process used by Dionne was "Deadline Sale" for a specific date and we received 3 offers on that date which was beyond our expectation considering the number of Melbourne City apartments currently for sale. We were pleased by a higher than expected sale price being achieved and with a 30 day settlement period. It was a pleasure to work with Dionne and her team and we highly recommend Dionne and will be contacting her when ready to sell our other Melbourne City Apartment in the future.
