My trust has been amply rewarded

When I first met with David and Lyn Newcomb I let them know in some vague terms how I wanted to go about selling my property. They came up with a strategy that satisfied both, my wishes, as well as making it possible for them to market it to the best advantage. I particularly liked their idea of showing the property only to qualified purchasers. The whole process went very smoothly, from photoshoot and advertising right through to switching to a backup when the first buyer had to pull out. At the start we agreed on an approximate price range which was based on their market knowledge (and beyond my personal expectations), and the sale went through at the top end of the agreed range!
