After a failed auction that nobody turned up to & then nine months on the market & fending off other agents chasing an extra listing at a time when the market was in a state of stagnation we decided to change agents. We had already put a deposit on a brand new house & it had been completed & sitting vacant for six months. After doing some research I found that Joel had an average days on market of 31. He had also recently sold a property in our street in two weeks. All this was more than enough for me to make the long overdue call that changed everything for us.
