Joel was an absolute pleasure to deal with in both of our property sales. He is very experienced & knowledgeable about the area we sold in. He kept in constant contact with us & nothing was ever a problem. We have dealt with a lot of R/E agents in the past & Joel is certainly up there with the best of them!

Joel was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process of selling our home completely stress free. He displayed great knowledge of the market and in particular our local area. At no stage during the process did we have to contact Joel as we were always kept well informed and up to date on an almost daily basis. He was always transparent and up front in our dealings and delivered a great result with our sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel to any prospective seller.

We were not at all sure of putting our home on the market at this time. Joel assured us he felt it would sell for the price we wanted. We did put it on the market with him and he sold within a week for the price we are very happy with. We would very happily recommend Joel to anyone who wants to sell their home, he is totally professional, honest, sincere and a very pleasant person to deal with. A very positive experience

Joel's market knowledge was very good, he was very up to date with the current market. He constantly communicated with me regarding times of inspections and also contacted me to advise me of the outcome, wether it be good or bad. I admired Joel's professionalism, he explained the whole process of selling my house so that I could totally understand the process and he maintained diligent in practicing hygiene skills in regard to the Corona Virus whilst in my home which totally put me at ease. I would highly recommend Joel to any family members or friends if they were looking for an Agent.

From initial introduction to Sam it was easy to see from the start Sam has a fantastic attitude within this industry with immense knowledge on how to sell your house giving you total trust in the sales process. Sam explained the process from start to finish and the communication showed by Sam at all times was second to none. If you are looking to sell your property Sam and Harcourts Newcastle are a must.
