Sam helped sell a truly unique property that was probably the most difficult house to sell. We had offers the first week and not long after that an agreement was reached with buyers. We were recommended Joel from a friend who had previously sold a property and raved off his performance. We weren’t disappointed. Joel is a highly professional agent who got us an exceptional price and a quick sale in a depressed market. He exceeded all of our expectations. I always felt comfortable with Sam. He was optimistic and encouraging despite the sale campaign going on for longer than expected due to the downturn in the market.
