Joel was the agent who sold us own home over 4 years ago so it was a pleasant surprise to run into him at an open house we were viewing. He remembered us and we had a nice chat about our potential move out of it. He said he would be happy to come and have a look at what we had done to it. During the whole journey (which was very short) Joel and his colleague Luke were the epitome of professionalism. We sold our home in record time and off market at a price that exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending or using Joel in the future.

Joel was extremely professional and well prepared from the outset at our initial listing appointment. He showed us that he really understood how to demonstrate the value of our property to potential purchasers. He then delivered on what he promised and we were very happy with the outcome.

After having our house sit stagnant on the market with a previous agent for several months, Joel was a breath of fresh air. He came in, made a plan, had rewritten the campaign and had us sold in 3 weeks! He always kept us in the loop before and after inspections and was always available to chat should you have questions. Joel is very approachable and we would hands down choose Joel every time to sell our property. You won’t be disappointed!
