True professional in all aspects of the sale from styling and photography through to settlement

Having used other real estates previously it was easy to see an instant difference with Luke and his team. Luke guided us the whole way explaining the plan and keeping us up to date at every step. The team presented us with with very detailed physical reports including feedback and interest level of every person that came through the door, which was very reassuring and made a very stressful situation much calmer. Luke took control from the start and showed a true passion for what he does from the photography to the negotiating, the professionalism was there from the start to end and I would highly recommend Luke and his team.

Readily available, calm and reassuring, great communication

We first met Luke at an open home and ended up chatting about potentially selling our place. To be completely honest, we were pretty anxious about the whole process. But from the moment Luke came around to meet with us, he was incredibly supportive and reassuring. He gave us fantastic advice before we’d even signed a contract, which really showed us he genuinely cared about getting the best result for us, rather than just chasing our business. He also put us in touch with Bec, who was amazing. She gave us great tips on how to style our home using things we already had, highlighting its best features without us needing to spend thousands on professional stylists. During the campaign, we had open homes twice a week. After every single one, Luke would call us with a detailed update—how many groups came through, if there were any returning buyers, and what people were saying about the price. He’d always follow up over the next few days as he called everyone back. With all the doom and gloom in the news lately regarding house prices, Luke’s genuine optimism and upbeat attitude were exactly what we needed to stay confident. What we loved most was that he actually listened to us. He never just took over or told us what to do; he made us feel valued and always took our ideas on board. On top of that, he never left us hanging. He was always just a quick text or phone call away, completely transparent, and kept us totally in the loop the entire time. Choosing Luke and his team (Bec and Erika) was the best decision we made. We have no doubt we gave ourselves the absolute best chance to sell our home successfully by choosing Luke and his team, and we felt so supported from start to finish. Wouldn't highly recommend to anyone looking at selling!
