Right from the start I knew I'd made the right choice with Shane. His knowledge of the area and his trade was immediately obvious and stood out in contrast to conversations I had had with the other agents on my list. No doubt I wasn't one of his easier clients, he was nevertheless very patient and understanding with me throughtout the process, always taking the time to answer a question or address a concern I had. To top it off the result I got was far better than I'd dared to hope for!! I will definitely use Shane for the sale of my next house.
