Unlike most other real estate agents!!

Aisha has just the perfect amount of client contact. She gives you the time and space that you need. She doesn't try to small talk and pretend she suddenly knows exactly what you need from the very 1st moment she meets you. She is really professional yet retains an air of humanity which we found is often lost in many of the real estate agents we have dealt with. We were outbid on a property that we really liked that was listed by Aisha. She was very understanding and not too pushy. A few days after losing the home we were so set on, she mentioned that she might have another property that we would love. We were immediately skeptical but agreed to her emailing us a link to the property. We recognized the property as we had viewed it online but thought it well beyond our financial means. Upon mentioning to Aisha that is was well beyond our means and we didn't wish to waste our time, hers or the vendors she mentioned that neither does she. "Just have a look at the property and if you like it put in your offer". So we did just that after inspecting the property and a few days after we put in our offer, it was accepted. Aisha had the ability to understand what we were looking for and was able to recognize an immediate fit between her vendors and us. Courteous Efficient and Effective

Very good follow through with constructive feedback after each 'open house'. We felt that we were in the loop all the time. Not an easy property to present to the market as it was on 5 acres and, to some, isolated, being surrounded by farm land. Aisha developed an effective marketing package, found her market contenders and the sale was a win-win-win.
