Perhaps the most significant aspect of dealing with the Harcourts gang is their ability to understand and communicate with people. I worked in a bank for nearly 30 years and during that time developed “people skills “ that only come from years of practice. These skills include the ability to ask “key questions “ to understand what people really want and to be able to read their body language to gauge if they are being truthful or not. Donna seems to understand this and is genuinely open and easy to get along with. Overall a very professional team. Well done
