A pleasure to buy with.

Julianne, was a great communicator with us from the start right through the exchange, she gave us honest feedback on our purchase and offers during the process and was able update us on any progress during the time we purchased. Super skilled operator, lovely person

Julianne came to us in awkward circumstances, as our previous agent disappeared on us, with no notice. We were distraught, and paying close attention to see if we wanted to stick with her. Julianne really earned our trust. She was most professional, and attentive to datail. She followed up potential buyers, and drew useful information from them. She provided well considered advice about offers that we received, and liaised well between us and our eventual buyer to seal the deal. I feel that we properly tested the market, and that we got the best price that was going. Julianne conducted herslef impressively, being accountable and diligent, and ethical. I would certainly use her again if I was selling a property in the area.
